Meta-Active organised a Career Impulse Workshop with Dr. Rosmarie Katrin Neumann on 28. September 2023 for female doctoral candidates of Meta-Active. The workshop helped its participants identify potential career challenges as women scientist in the field of photonics and tips to navigate through them. The trainer also provided insights into enhancing strategic networking and making an impactful communication.
Following the workshop, a 1:1 counselling was held with the participants to identify their specific concerns and develop individual strategies.
